1. General

How can I find what I am looking for? show

From the home page you can select one of the major market segments to get started. This will then bring up a list of catagories you can select from. Alternatively you can use the left hand navigation menu. This is collapsable so you can easily find the catagory or sub catagory you need. You can also search for any item by typing the item code or part of the name in the search box which located at the top right of the page.

Can I order if I am outside Australia or New Zealand? show

We love to welcome new customers. If your business is outside Australasia please contact us to discuss if we are able to distribute the products you are interested to your region.

Are all the products listed on the web site available in stock? show

We try our best to keep our online catalogue up to date with stock availability as accurately as possible and mark those items that are out of stock accordingly. Should an item you select be temporarily out of stock, we will refund or credit you as soon as we are aware of the issue and before your order is dispatched.

Once I have registered how to I gain access? show

Once you have registered on our web site, your information will be sent throgh to head office to link your registration to your X-Press Graph-X account. This will ensure that all your information will be syncronised.

How do I register to access pricing and the online store? show

Since we are a wholesale supplier, our online store and pricing area is only accessable by existing customers. If you are an exisiting customer or a new customer select the "New Customer" link in the top right corner of the page. If you are an exixting cutomer please put your Company Name as it appears on a previous invoice or statement from us.

Who is X-Press Graph-X Supplies? show

X-Press Graph-X Supplies is a wholesale supplier of Fine Art, Craft, Picture Framing and Monumental Mason supplies. We have been servicing the Australian market for more than 20 years. We offer a premium selection of brands such as Copic, X-Press It, Royal Talens, Chroma, Permaset and much more.

2. Orders

How can I pay for my order? show

We accept payment by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or Direct Deposit. You will be prompted with your payment options as you go through the checkout process.

What are the freight cost and how are they calculated? show

The freight costs are as determined by our National Freight carrier TNT. The freight charges are calculated upon checkout and are determined by the physical size and weight of your order.

How can I check the freight cost for my order? show

If you wish to check the freight cost of your order while you are adding products into your shopping cart complete the details in the Freight estimate at the bottom left of the shopping cart. Alternatively when you checkout, the freight will automaticall by calculated based on the delivery address selected.

Can my order be cancelled or modified? show

Once the order is processed and paid for the order can not be canclled.

If there is a problem with my order, what can I do? show

If you have a problem with your order such as receiving the wrong product, damage in transit etc, please contact us within 10 days of invoice date.

If my order is short delivered or appears damaged what should I do? show

You must either NOT sign for the goods or sign only for the number of cartons received and received damaged. Otherwise you are signing that the goods were received in good order and in full. This leaves very little we can do to recover the missing or damaged goods from the freight company.

How do I place an order? show

To be eligible to place an order you are required to have a current wholesale account. If you have an existing account please register using the "New Customer" link at the top right of the page to obatin your log in details. If you are a registered business and would like to find out about opening an account please contact head office.

How long will my order take? show

Orders generally take 2 working days to be dispatched, however if some items need to be manufactured there may be 1-2 additional days. Shipping time will also vary depending on the destination. Usually we ship to Sydney, Camberra and Adelaid over night. Brisbane is usually 2 nights and rural areas around those location will be one additional night.

3. Copic

Why can't I see prices on Copic products show

The Copic range is only available to Authorised Copic Stockists and thefore prices and ordering is only possible for these customers. To find out more please contact us.

What is Copic? show

Copic is a range of professional quality markers that are alcohol based and double ended. They offer over 350 colours across 3 marker types. Each are refillable and have replaceable nibs making them an excellent long term investment.

What’s the difference between 100 & 110? show

The 100 is a “true” deep blue-black, the 110 is a slightly neutral gray black. It comes down to what pigments were used to make up each colour. The 110 would be equivalent to a T11, if such a number existed on our colour chart. The visible difference between the two blacks will vary depending on the paper you use.
