ETHICAL POLICY

X-Press Graph-X recognizes its moral and legal responsibilities to provide an ethical working environment and ensures best practice with regards to all employment conditions. X-Press Graph-X aims to provide an environment which ensures the physical and psychological well being of its staff and adheres to all applicable Workplace Relations laws.

X-Press Graph-X is committed to providing a safe, healthy, ethical and positive environment for all employees, volunteers, contractors and visitors through a commitment to action in line with relevant legislation, and appropriate standards, by ensuring:

  • Employment is freely chosen and freedom of movement is applicable to all workers

  • All necessary tools and equipment are provided by X-Press Graph-X
  • All employees are paid above the minimum wage and are paid fortnightly
  • All leave entitlements are applicable in accordance with current legislation
  • In the event that labour hire companies are used, they must comply with current legislation

Employees are aware of their rights through verbal and written communication and are free to raise any concerns directly with management at any time.

X-Press Graph-X and its suppliers shall engage in professional business ethics in all dealings and shall not engage in acts of bribery or corruption.
